This Privacy Notice explains how JTathleticsco.com ("JT Athletics", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our website and coaching services.
1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and login provider identifiers.
- Contact & intake data: phone number, goals, and messages you submit through our forms.
- Subscription data: plan tier, subscription status, renewal dates, and identifiers linking you to our payment provider.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and basic telemetry needed to run and secure the service.
3. How and why we use your data
- Create and manage your account (contract performance).
- Deliver coaching, meal plans, and check-ins you purchased (contract performance).
- Respond to support inquiries and communications (legitimate interests).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the service (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the site and database.
- Authentication providers (e.g., Google) when you choose to sign in with them.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed credentials — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimise risk.

We use essential cookies required to run the site and keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Your browser lets you manage cookie preferences at any time.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above or notifying you by email.
