JTathleticsco.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all coaching subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at JayHandanovic@icloud.com or text 586-785-8140 and we'll help you submit the request.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
